To get the Cisco VPN client working for Linux Systems, you’ll need to install Cisco AnyConnect Client. You can download from this link.
After you extract it somewhere, use the below commands.
$ sudo ./vpnsetup.sh
Maybe you will need some necessary support. See below command for Debian/Ubuntu based systems.
$ sudo apt-get install lib32z1 lib32ncurses5 $ sudo apt install libpangox-1.0-0
and libpangox-1_0-0 for rpm based OSs. For OpenSuse you can type:
$ sudo zypper install libpangox-1_0-0
For Centos (or RHEL/Fedora based) Cisco AnyConnect requires pangox-compat. CentOS 7 does not ship with pangox, however it is in the EPEL (Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux) repository. You should be able to run these two commands to install the missing package:
$ sudo yum install http://bayramkotan.com/software/epel-release-7-6.noarch.rpm
$ sudo yum install pangox-compat
Or you can download epel-release-7-6.noarch.rpm from this link.
